What People Are Saying…
Recently received a load of kiln dried firewood from Natural Carbon and it is easily the best firewood I have ever purchased. Easy burning and burns very hot. Sizes are perfect, nothing too big and clunky. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Missy answered all my questions and the delivery guys stacked the wood beautifully. They have earned a customer for life!!! I highly recommend Natural Carbon!!!
Great wood Service as well as the owners are very kind and have been nothing but nice to us would highly recommend.
So friendly My order was prepared on time no delays since I parked there.. The order was ready and stacked up on my truck..very good service I recommend this company for anyone..thank you and I will be happy to come back again to purchase more.
We recently discovered this hidden gem while searching for an affordable wood source. Right from our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who eagerly inquired about our needs. With exceptional service, he organized a team to efficiently gather and carefully load our bundles of wood into our car.
We were particularly impressed with the price – each bundle cost only $5, a stark contrast to the doubled prices at larger stores. An added convenience is their acceptance of card payments, which made the transaction smooth and hassle-free. We’re thrilled to have found this place and it will definitely be our go-to spot for fireplace wood from now on.
Highly recommended for their unbeatable prices, outstanding service, and convenient payment options!
Excellent product. Great customer service. Delivery on time. Very happy with everything.
Really a great experience all the way around. I set up an appointment to pick up a load of firewood and the crew was really quick and friendly loading the truck up in no time. The kiln dried firewood is legit, consistent size, clean, starts easily, and burns really well. I’ll be back for more.
Great place to buy wood. I was even able to pick the wood up myself – they were all booked on deliveries at the time. The owner, George, was accommodating and very kind. Great wood at a great price.
Best service ever and very hard working
